Every week in the UK, 84 men take their own lives.
But long before that point, many are:
They don’t always ask for help.
And often, they don’t know where to turn.
We step in before crisis becomes tragedy.
A safe, private space to talk openly and be heard
Helping fathers navigate family breakdown and loss of contact
Tools to manage anxiety, anger, and overwhelming thoughts
Support in making sense of legal, emotional, and life challenges
Help with housing, paperwork, and regaining stability
Someone in your corner — especially when things feel hardest
Behind every statistic is a real person trying to cope with overwhelming change.
A father came to us after losing regular contact with his children.
At his lowest point, he felt completely alone.
From feeling completely alone…
to feeling supported, understood, and hopeful again.
Safe, consistent counselling to process difficult emotions
Help with housing, paperwork, and everyday challenges
Building awareness to break negative patterns
Stepping in before situations escalate
Falsely Accused Network supports individuals across England and Wales who are facing false allegations of domestic abuse and related legal proceedings.
We provide practical, structured support by helping people access the right legal professionals, including criminal defence solicitors, family law solicitors and barristers, as well as experienced McKenzie Friends for family court matters. Our focus is on helping individuals navigate ongoing or imminent proceedings with the right guidance and support in place.
We also recognise the emotional impact these situations can have. Alongside legal support, we signpost individuals to trusted mental health services, including the charity Walk the Walk CIC, who provide specialist support for those facing challenging circumstances. We also offer access to a private peer support group, giving individuals a safe, understanding space to connect with others going through similar experiences.
Our service is designed for those currently dealing with active cases or expecting proceedings, and we aim to ensure that no one has to face complex legal challenges alone.

I lead in my speaking work on men’s mental health and burnout and I’m on a mission to create psychologically safe communities, where people truly feel empowered to ask for help, voice concerns and dare to dream.”
