Any appointment where the parties do not attend will be charged for at the full rate. Appointments where the parties arrive late will not be extended.
Booking changes

Bubbas Contact Centre send emails at the end of each month with the schedule of upcoming contact, whilst we understand that situations can change, we aim to keep the same schedule of times and dates. When there is the availability to change, Bubbas will aim to do what we can to support this. However we support a large number of families and we have a rota to ensure all families can have contact, this means that the ability to amend timings is highly unlikely.

Passing messages across
Bubbas Contact Centre cannot act as a mediator between parties and are not in place to pass messages between parties. This can be done via a secure app or solicitors (if appropriate) but Bubbas contact centre are not able to do this.
Can I bring games and toys to the centre
Yes please, whilst we have some toys and games, we highly recommend bringing your own.
Food and drink
In Hertfordshire we have access to a Kitchen, please feel free to bring food and drink where appropriate. In Gloucestershire, unfortunately we do not have access to these, we would recommend bringing hot food and drink with you.
Pets
Bubba Contact Centre operate out of community centres, we therefore must follow the rules of the centre. No pets will be allowed during sessions or within the building.
Where the resident parent can go during contact?
Resident Parents should not be present in car park during sessions as this can increase the risk of crossover and potentially cause upset to the children. Both of our centres are located near supermarkets and coffee shops and we would ask that you leave the premises and visit these.
